Airbus

Airbus has become one of the largest manufacturers of aircraft in the world. The company produces approximately half of the world's commercial jet liners, but in recent years, Airbus has expanded from commercial jet liners into private jets. The company's private jets are designed from the existing family of products offered by Airbus. The private jets are built in one of sixteen sites throughout Europe with final production occurring in Toulouse, France and Hamburg, Germany.

The Airbus Corporate Jetliner Family and VIP Widebodies offer a full rage of large jets. The first corporate craft offered by Airbus was the ACJ in 1997, and the offerings have expanded considerably since that time. The ACJ could accommodate 19-50 passengers, and newer craft range from the slightly smaller 318 to the largest plane in Airbus's fleet - the 380.

The Airbus corporate jets includes:

A318 Elite - The smallest of the Airbus bizjets, 14-18 passengers can be accommodated in two different setup options.

A320 Prestige - A long-flying jet which can cross oceans or continents as needed, the A320 Prestige can hold 30 passengers.

ACJ - The original Airbus corporate Jet, the ACJ can hold 19-50 passengers and is used by corporations, governments and individuals.

A330 Prestige - With a wide body and twin engines, the A330 Prestige holds 60 passengers.

A340-500 Prestige - 70 passengers can fly in comfort in a VIP setting inside the A340-500 Prestige

A340-600 Prestige - The stretched fuselage of the A340-600 makes it possible to take 90 passengers around the globe.

A380 Prestige - The flagship of Airbus, the A-380 can carry up to 120 passengers in luxurious settings. As a commercial liner, the A380 can hold up to 800 passengers.
